The word "Tyee" comes from the Chinook Jargon, meaning chief or big. It's a fitting name for a lake that has quietly anchored this corner of the Cariboo for generations. The lake is known for being spring fed, abundant with kokanee and trout, spectacular views of diving ospreys and eagles, and the haunting call of loons that echo their calls down the lake. All cabins come with a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge and microwave, one bedroom and a sofa bed. The cabins have a pellet stove and electric heat and a bistro set on the deck is a relaxing spot!

We are on the creek side of the lake so the water tends to get very shallow in late summer. House is very Spacious and cozy. Half acre lot with lots of parking. Laundry facilities on site. Quiet location on cluculz lake.
