Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. All taxes are included in the price.

Our studio apartment is located in Pula (Krležina Street 31) in an older building from 1980. The building does not look very attractive, but the apartment is completely renovated and is ideal for two people. The nearest BEACH is 500 meters away or 5-10 minutes walk. The CITY CENTER is 1.8 km from the apartment. And with the car or by bus can be reached in 5-7minute. Shopping centre Max city is 1 km away where are many bigger essential stores and (super)market.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pula - Veruda. The place is ideal for couples. In the vicinity from apartment, there is a supermarket, farmers market as well as multiple restaurants, bakeries and a gas station. The nearest beach is a 15 min walk. The town center is 1 km away. The apartment consists of open space living room with kitchen, one bathroom and one sleeping room. The apartment also has a private parking.

It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
