Frederick Cozy Getaway

Beautiful townhouse, great neighborhood, walking distance to historic Frederick downtown and Westview mall. The house was completely remodeled a year ago, it is modern, a place you will enjoy quiet and relaxing. TV available in two places, the living room and the basement. Office space available. Excellent internet. The deck can be used for barbeque. Kitchen and laundry available if needed. The space The townhouse was completely renovated a year ago. It is modern with an open floor plan. The basement has a 65 inches TV and an office table available to our guests. The room has a small fridge, a Krueger for making coffee and tea which is provided, iron box, closet with hangers and a fan. The bed is full size with a memory foam mattress. Guest access The guest can access the basement where the 65 inches curved TV is located. The kitchen is available but we first ask that you discuss with us please. We also have laundry in the basement which guest can use. Our beautiful historic home on our working goat farm is a perfect spot for exploring Loudoun County! Just over an hour from DC and Baltimore, close to many wineries, breweries, and restaurants in a peaceful rural setting. The house is split in two, one half is occupied by our family, the other is for you! Guests have a private entrance, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a queen and 2 twins), a morning room with a kitchenette and cozy couch, and a beautiful front porch for drinking coffee.

The cabin is situated on 383 acres, on the South Mountain formation in Frederick county. the property is adjacent to the Frederick City Watershed and within 15 minutes of 2 State Parks and a National Park. The cabin is fully equipped for your mountain get away and heated by a wood stove with propane heat in case of an emergency. We also provide internet that is reliable and fast for all your modern needs.

Throw a line in and do a little fishing or hop on the canoe and go exploring. Freight train runs sporadically throughout the day**

The listing is for a room in a restored pre civil war farmhouse on Crickenwood Farm. Guest rooms are in the main farmhouse and share the common areas of the kitchen, laundry, library, living room and great room. Outside there is a patio with a BBQ, stock pool, farm pond and large porch. This is a small working farm with cows and horses. There is plenty of parking. There are several friendly dogs on the property.
