Enjoy morning coffee listening to the sounds of the birds and relax with a glass of wine on the large deck or screened-in porch to watch beautiful sunsets. In the evening the gas fireplace on the deck is the perfect place to end the day. You also have access to a quaint swimming lake and stocked fishing pond in the community.

Modern ranch home in the Shenandoah Valley with cherry wood floors and french chandeliers. 6 acres of pristine, waterfront privacy just 20 minutes from downtown Winchester. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is an open-concept living area with a full kitchen, pantry and washer/dryer. Downstairs, there is a regulation pool table, dart board, reclining sofa, and workspace with computer and printer. The porch has a spectacular view of Back Creek.

Go hiking on local trails and soak it all in. In the evenings fire up the fire pit on the deck, or the large wood fire pit & gather round for good stories, times, and smores.
