Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Our goal is to offer affordable clean accommodations for people like us, who travel, not to spend time in our rooms but to explore the town, enjoy events or to visit family . We are not trying to compete with luxury hotels, and hope that people appreciate our efforts in providing an affordable, clean, quiet place to rest. (Much like a hotel suite, no kitchen)

Centrally located within a 10 min walk to downtown Fredericton, and 1 block away from the St.John river walking trail and walking bridge. The main floor boasts a half bath, full kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and the second bedroom with a twin bed. A/C on main floor only. Laundry is private and located in unit.
