With a spacious garden, large terrace, trampoline, and a balcony on the first floor, our home is a wonderful retreat for families. Unik villa med bedste beliggenhed centralt i København. Kort aftand til grønne omgivelser på Fælleden, cykel og gå ture, som fører direkte til Islands Brygge Havn og badning samt indre by. Amager Strand kan også være en mulighed for vores gæster. Huset er godt indrettet, så den passer til de fleste besøgsformål og gæster. I kan forvente et hyggeligt hjem, og virkelig godt indrettet hus - så vores gæster kan føle sig velkomne. Vi vil gerne give oplevelsen af, at man føler sig hjemme

House in Charlottenlund close to the Sea, 5 BDR

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Feel at home near city.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. NB: SENGELINNED: Pude, dynebetræk og håndklæder skal I selv medbringe. Kan dog bestilles særskilt for 20 euro pr. person. Vi lægger nyvaskede lagener på til jer. VELKOMMEN

Smuk og spektakulær bolig med stor have tæt på København. Huset er arkitekttegnet og har plads til den store familie. Med inspiration fra både japansk og skandinavisk arkitektur er det en helt særlig oplevelse at træde ind i den store villa. Villaen egner sig især godt til børnefamilier og ligger kun et par minutters gang til stationen hvorfra der går tog direkte til det centrale København hvert 10. minut. Vi glæder os til at byde jer indenfor i vores hjem.

The room is equipped with a double bed and a storage cupboard . Centrally located with the train station and bus stops in close proximity as well as shops and eateries. It takes approximately 30 mins to the city centre by train. DTU, Novo Nordisk and the bagsvaerd lake are also very close. The place is ideal for sleep overs , city tours , longer stays and business travel.
