Hyggelig villa centralt placeret i Dragør. Villaen er beliggende tæt på både vand, by, offentlig transport, Københavns Lufthavn og København Centrum. Villaens hjerte, som er køkken-alrummet, er nyrenoveret og med direkte udgang og udkig til husets rummelige have. Villaen rummer 4 sovepladser fordelt i to værelser (se fotos af daybed). Der er mulighed for at medbringe madrasser til husets sidste værelse eller telt til haven. Haven indeholder stenterasse hvor bl.a. en gasgrill er placeret.

Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 8 and 12). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. Letbane start i Oktober måned og 9 min. går afstand til Letbane station.
