Unik bolig for familie/venner der vil være tæt på naturen med mulighed for mountainbiking/løb/hiking og tæt på København (16 km væk). Villaen ligger på en stor grund med direkte udgang til Hareskoven, hvor der er gode mountainbikespor. På grunden findes bålplads. Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Welcome to our home, a stylish villa with lots of Nordic design. The villa is newly constructed - from 2018 so everything is new. Inside you will find an upper floor - two bedrooms, one bathroom, there is ground floor with an open kitchen, a living area plus a TV room a bathroom and downstairs with a large bedroom, another bathroom and an open lounge area. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. This is the house our family live in on a permanent basis. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
