Built in 1867, Tanner Building is the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
