Relax in this this peaceful place 1/4 mile from Coral Beach, with a salt-water pool around the corner. THe Lime Villa has a full kitchen & full dining area. It is the only Seabreeze Villa with use of the screened courtyard and BBQ therein. Note that photos in the "Additional photos" area are for villas that are attached, but NOT part of Lime. These adjacent Villas may be rented simultaneously for large parties or those just wanting an extra Bath or a bedroom separate from the dining area.

You and Your Family. Our family vacation home, in Freeport Bahamas, has had a facelift. We have replaced flooring, walls, appliances, fixtures, & new furniture throughout. Giving the Villa that spa coastal feeling. On the Channel with a pool in the front yard & beach in the backyard. Dock to tie up or drop our sea kayaks & paddle boards off. Relax with the whole family. The Coconut Villa is 1/4 mile from Coral Beach, and our salt-water (minimal chlorine) swimming pool is just around the corner. This is our only villa with two rooms for sleeping -- a queen bed is in the mid-side studio, and a pull-up double bed is in the anteroom. The kitchen and dining and living room photos are provided you are also accessing (and paying for) the "Lime" villa, which adjoins. Coconut alone is a BR with 3/4 bath and small kitchenette.

Relax at a large (400 sq ft) poolside Villa. Coral Beach is 1/4 mile walk. Shared use of BBQ Grilles, Lounge Chairs, and all grounds. The Steinway piano might be out of tune, but that is all your you. The "Additional Photos" are for rooms in ADJACENT villas. These can be rented simultaneously for parties wanting a second full bed and/or bath. For large parties a 4-villa "Big Vacation-plex" is available that sleeps 14. Pineapple alone is a BR with 3/4 bath and small kitchenette.

Enjoy romantic moments with a glass of wine on two private balconies overlooking the pristine turquoise water of the Xanadu Beach Channel. The large pool is surrounded by coconut palm trees and tropical flowering shrubs. See the colourful fish from above or snorkel in the channel next to the pool.
