My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 8 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.

It is on the south end of town, about 5 min. from historic downtown. Rafting, hiking, zip lining, the Royal Gorge are all just minutes away from this comfortable stay. We allow one pet only not more than 35 lbs(cat not allowed)
