Bring your travel bags, food / drinks and we supply the rest to a memorably rustic and hassle-free stay in the woods. I'm located in Salida and happy to haul the camper within 20 mins of city center.

Rainbow Trout gives you a glamping experience in a campground overlooking the river and canyon from a perch above a ravine. This semi-private site is off Highway 50 and you will have access to the river at the boat/raft ramp. Sit on the patio to watch and listen to the river while you enjoy your coffee. A gas fire pit adds ambiance to go with your glass of wine. We provide fresh water, linens/towels, cooking utensils and dishes. fire pit and BBQ.

Guests will have access to the five main hot spring pools of Desert Reef Hot Springs. Guests can access the hot springs during regular hours throughout their stay. Enjoy hot spring access starting at check-in.
