Vaulted ceilings soar above a huge bedroom/living area, including a spacious kitchenette and full-sized bathroom. But it’s the balcony you’ll love most. Overlooking the corner of Esplanade and Chartres, it’s the perfect place to people-watch while enjoying the pot pourri of sounds that drift over from the nearby markets, jazz clubs, and bustling Mississippi waterfront.

Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center

Just 2 blocks to the entertainment on Frenchmen St. and 3 blocks from the French Quarter. Your room has a queen bed & private bathroom. Self-serve continental breakfast & wireless internet access included. Enjoy our relaxing back yard. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. High ceilings with intricate plaster detail are featured in an antebellum mansion home built in 1851 which sits right in front of the streetcar/trolley stop. A great experience to be right there on "the Avenue" under the 250 year old oak trees. You can take our self guided walking tour through the Garden District and see one home after another built in 1800's, with names of architect (if known), year built and who lived there.

The Orleans Grand Suite offers our guests elegant loft accommodations just Blocks from the French Qtrs. Your suite is equipped with a King Bed and Private en-suite bath. There is a separate sitting area with a convertible trundle bed for your convenience.
