Tiny House at Wooded Bliss Homestead

On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 45 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin day bed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Tiny kitchen & bathroom with shower (2 temps: hot or cold) too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, grill, fire pit, hammock, trails & garden are shared with guests. A beautiful beach across the bay from Acadia is down the road.

It also has full sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. It accommodates 4 people.The kitchen is fully equipped.There is a washer and dryer. We are located 1.5 miles from Southwest Harbor, 15+ minutes from the Bar Harbor and Entrance to Acadia National Park,and a few minutes from the Park on this side.

A unique offering for those who want a true farm experience! A clean, rustic above-barn space. Farm animals live below-Winston the roo may crow (early!) Chadde our pet pig may grunt, chickens will cluck! There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale The shower is at the main house, and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch.

Adorable Quietside Cabin

Welcome to the Quiet side of Mount Desert Island, With the same easy access to all of the wonders Acadia National Park has to offer. Why not stay on the less commercialized and more peaceful side of the island. This cozy small guest cabin is fully separate from the Main House. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette/dining area, and ample parking space. The main house is also going to be rented on Airbnb starting on 5/15/2025, the homeowner will still be available for any questions or help!

This playful cabin offers a unique spot to unwind and explore the Schoodic peninsula and Downeast Maine. Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.
