Il se compose d'un grand lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisinette et d'un petit balcon. Logement pour 1 ou 2 personnes, indépendant, de 24m2, dans une maison familiale. Nous mettons à votre disposition la literie, les serviettes de toilette et une machine à laver et sécher le linge. Le ménage est effectué une fois par semaine, appartement non fumeur et non adapté aux animaux.

Paradis cocoon et paysage de rêve

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

Charmant appartement indépendant, calme, idéalement situé, au rez inférieur d’une maison familiale construite en 2021, située au cœur de La Gruyère, à 10 minutes de Bulle et de l’autoroute, dans un quartier calme en pleine campagne. Transformée en 2015, cette bâtisse jadis office de grenier, a conservé des éléments architecturaux traditionnels. Un mélange d’éléments d’époque, de matériaux naturels et de confort moderne, créent une ambiance de charme. Un logement chaleureux avec une âme. Ensoleillement maximal grâce à sa position plein sud. Terrasse et petit jardin en face des Alpes Fribourgeoises.
