Situé à 2 km de la sortie de l'autoroute A12 Fribourg-Nord, Gare CFF à 12 mn en bus et 20 mn à pieds. Centres com à 300 m (Migros, Coop, et Mediamarkt) Restaurant Coop ouvert jusqu'à 19 h lu-ma-me-ve et jusqu'à 21 h je, sa jusqu'à 16 h. Bus ligne 1 (Portes de Fribourg-Marly Gérine) à 300 m pour centre ville.
