Der Bodensee ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt ein tolles See- und Freibad oder auch ein Freizeitgelände mit kostenlosem Zutritt und SUP Verleih. Der durchgehend beschilderte Bodensee-Radweg, als einer der beliebtesten Radwege Europas führt rund 260 Kilometer entlang des Seeufers. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege für Naturliebhaber oder als Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Bodensee wie Meersburg, Konstanz, Bregenzer Festspiele, Insel Mainau, uvm.

Ein großer Flachbild TV und eine gemütliche Eßecke. Ein neues Bad mit Regendusche und WC Fliegengitter und Rollläden Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Strasse vorhanden, oder wenige Gehminuten entfernt REWE Markt, Restaurant, Busanbindung in wenigen Gehminuten

Sehr großzügiges, helles und modern ausgestattetes 2-Zimmer-Apartment (ca 60 m²) mit traumhaftem Sonnenbalkon direkt am Bodensee mit atemberaubendem See- und Bergblick und privatem Seezugang auf dem Grundstück. Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

In the Heart of the Island

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unsere komplett neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche , ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank. Von all diesen Zimmern genießt ihr einen schönen Blick über unseren wunderbaren Bodensee, der in jeder Wetterstimmung verzaubert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

In addition to the box spring bed, there is a high quality sofa bed with a full mattress (160cm wide). There is a modern washing. The single garage with electr. Gate is in the courtyard. Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

Oase der Ruhe in Seenähe... Captain's House

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr beschaulich und völlig ruhig in einer Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock , und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.

Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Meine Unterkunft (Fewo Luisa, ca. 27 qm) liegt in der Altstadt von Meersburg, einen Steinwurf von den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, zu einer ruhigen Seitengasse gerichtet, umgeben von sehr guten Restaurants, Cafés, Bars wie auch Museen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Haustiere sind willkommen. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, See, Schiff und Fähre ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze auf nahe gelegenem öffentliche Parkplatz
