Always plenty to watch the comings and goings on the Famous Frinton Greensward and out to sea while sitting at the window seat with a cuppa!

Modern newly refurbed decor with a comfy lounge upstairs & open fire & cosy downstairs snug with a wood burning stove. Beach walks with/without dogs all year round with no restrictions. Private courtyard garden with hot tub, table & chairs & bbq area 2x TV’s, Stairs down to basement. We love being by the sea and so will you.

The caravan is spacious and modern with a large living room to accommodate the entire family during game nights. Ofcourse, an open plan kitchen connects to the living room, so that you can easily get up and grab a cold one without missing a single moment of the X-factor! The bedrooms are also a couple of steps away, with the master bedroom located between the two twin single rooms. Access to all the amenities on site does require a day pass to be purchased upon arrival from the reception.

Cottage on the beach

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.
