Close to Kerrville, Hunt, Fredericksburg, your new cabin on Texas Scenic Rd, Hwy 39 provides a charming and comfortable stay. Your cabin has private use of our 400+ ft of amazing Guadalupe River frontage for swimming and kayaking. The cabin sleeps two in the bedroom with a double lazyboy couch in the living room. It has a full kitchen with coffee maker, coffee and WiFi. The beautiful One-of-Kind river frontage has a pavilion with hammocks, fire pit and patio with a fire pit perfect for party."

Casita Montalbano on Beautiful Guadalupe River

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with semi-private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car). Two bedrooms (one king plus two queen beds), plus two sets of bunk beds in living room (total four twin beds), plus two small sleeper sofas (for kids) in one of the bedrooms - can sleep 8 guests comfortably, plus 2 kids on really small sleeper sofas. Pet friendly - we love dogs and welcome them! :)

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Buchanan Cabin 36 Frio River Access

Concan and the spring fed Frio River has been a favorite destination for many families since 1926. It is the perfect place to be in the Off-Season: - Weather is great and less congested than in the summertime. - In the Spring birders travel from all over the country to see rare birds. All guests have access to the spring fed Swimming Hole. "Floating the Frio" has not been good for several years because of the drought. Pray for rain. The land and rivers are thirsty.

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit.
