The house is also close to the Alpe Adria Cycle Route, reachable with a short detour, and offers space for bicycles. IN RISPOSTA AL COVID-19 QUESTA STRUTTURA HA ADOTTATO MISURA EXTRA DI IGIENE E PULIZIA Il nostro rifugio é un appartamento familiari nel primo piano, é un posto accogliente, si trova nel centro di una piccola città tranquilla e silenziosa in mezzo la natura vicino al bellissimo parco Villa Varda con disponibilità di supermercato, panificio, farmacia, bar e ristorante di facile accesso la montagna e il mare. La casa dispone di giardino totalmente recintato, parcheggio privato e Wi Fi.

This is a semi-detached house with large garden under the pine-wood. It is quiet and suitable for families with children but we also welcome small pets. The beach is reachable within a five minutes walk or by a even shorter bike ride (there are four bikes available). Close to the centre with shops and many nice restaurants handy. From Lignano you can visit Aquileia, Palmanova, Trieste and there is also a boat connection to Venice. We speak English and Italian.
