The Bird's Nest - Cabin by the River

Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

Valley View Cabin /10 min from National Park entry

The coziest little cabin to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only an hour away from Washington DC. Our hope is you enjoy every part of your stay at this little cabin; from enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the screened in porch while watching deer or turkey graze in the yard, or venturing to the quaint Main Street of Front Royal. This town has so much to offer. Only 15 minutes away from Shenandoah National Forest & skyline drive. A perfect place for kayaking & canoeing!

Timber Creek: Falls - A Shenandoah Cabin

Nestled on 8 acres, the Timber Creek Falls A-frame sits on the Shenandoah National Park border overlooking a beautiful cascading waterfall. A 90-min drive from DC, this cabin getaway will have you unwinding in tranquility. A hot tub offers views stretching 50mi to West Virginia on a clear day, and the closest neighbor is a half mile away. A truly private retreat comes w/ modern conveniences including: EV charger, smart devices, flat-screen TV, standing desk, wood burning stove & spa bathrobes.

The Honeymoon Cabin | Private Retreat w/ hot tub

Escape to one of Front Royal's hidden gems, "The Honeymoon Cabin" offers couples & more the opportunity to retreat and sit among the stars overlooking the community's "Lake of Clouds". Whether a romantic getaway, solo adventure, or gathering of friends, you'll find relaxation among the stars over distance towns or the outline of mountains across the Shenandoah Valley. *Romantic decor including fresh flowers, balloons, bubbly, chocolate, and mood lighting is available on request for $320.

Hot tub w/ Sunset Views! Secluded mountain chalet!

Secluded chalet near the top of a mountain on 8 acres, just 70 minutes from downtown DC, 20 minutes to old town Front Royal, close enough to get Instacart from groceries, Costco and Target, and private enough to enjoy your sunset view from the deck every night and to not see any other homes! The home is at the end of a long gravel road and parking in a small cul-de-sac. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for the 1st, $25 after, up to 3 dogs max, extra fees charged after reservation.

The Cottage

Need some time to refresh? Spending time in the foothills of the Skyline Drive at our cozy cottage may be for you. Well behaved dogs are welcome but not on furniture. The driveway is long and home is very secluded. Winter access will be subject to weather conditions. Driveway does not get plowed and gets rutty during rainy periods. Cell service is spotty on Browntown road. The cottage has a landline and wifi. Use your wifi calling feature for cell phone use. More info under photos.
