The cottage is fully equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, countertop convection oven and microwave. The stove does not work. Dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. We stock the cottage with basic towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. Barbeque and picnic table for eating by the water. Bring your own beach chairs, beach towels & water shoes. Enjoy your personal dock for leisure, swimming, fishing.....etc End your evening with a fire at your own fire pit.

Relax and unwind in this cozy lake house, with a hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Watch the sunset from the new dock while drinking a glass of wine from the neighbouring winery. Nature lovers paradise with a public beach and hiking trails right outside the door. Take in the lake views or your favourite shows on the 50” TV with Netflix. Fury friends welcomed. We supply pet bed, food/water dishes and a 30ft leash. Walking distance to artisan shops, restaurants, brewery and winery!

Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

My place is close to The St. Lawrence River between Alexandria Bay, NY and Clayton, NY, family oriented activities, wineries, shopping, dining, golfing, a short drive to Canada. You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Additional charge for pets and dock usage.
