Along the bike path in Glenwood Canyon & to downtown. A quick walk to the Colorado River. Ski Sunlight is about 15miles away - fun mountain! Parks,river trails and mountain trails.

In the summer, it has an adjacent field of wild flowers; in the winter the ski shuttle bus stop is right in front of the house. Enjoy epic sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 w/futon bed in the master bedroom. Privacy and comfort, semi-secluded while still close to town and world class mountain biking.

Entire house just for yourself, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious kitchen. You're only a few blocks away from downtown Leadville with activities close by such as the Mineral Belt Trail, the Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all local restaurants, attractions such as the museums and Turquoise Lake. We have installed new carpet, paint, mattresses, doors, and furniture. Located on a wooded lot outside of town in a quiet subdivision.
