Our family home is in a quiet leafy part of London with good access to central London. Tooting Bec underground station is a 15 minute walk or 3 short hops on the bus (249 or 319) Travel from the station to London (Oxford Circus/Leicester Square) is approx 15-20 minutes. There is also a bus (319) from the house direct to Sloane Square/King’s Road (close to Harrods/Victoria Station). We are approx 50 minutes from Gatwick and 1.5 hours Heathrow airport (public transport). One hour by taxi.

Top 1% London listing -Safe, quiet, upmarket area in Wimbledon/ Southfields; tube/train -3 mins walk, so 20 mins to Central London. Tennis -10 mins walk; in Southfields Village- cafes, shops. Easy from Heathrow, Gatwick; Home Office, free WIFI; printing, laundry. Single women - so safe and close to tube. Yet a really quiet, village feel, with green spaces, Wimbledon Park etc. A family home, friendly Irish host, who serves you bfast, advises you on sites, chats but also respects privacy.

The room has a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The rooms are west facing, benefiting from the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast is available every day. Not Sundays.

Kew Garden Cabin

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden, and we will be on site to welcome you and to 'show you the ropes'.

Twin-bedded sitting-room, 2 beds, 1 or 2 guests

This room is very quiet, cosy and spacious, and it has a desk for laptop working. It is perfect for either 1 or 2 people, but it’s also a home-from-home for a parent travelling with a child. Battersea Park, a range of pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and all kinds of public transport (including Boris Bikes) are available nearby.

Our house is a charming London terraced house, close to good local amenities. Great transport connections. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and breakfast. My place is good for solo adventurers, and business travellers and vegetarians and people who like easy access to the centre of town whilst being near green spaces.
