The private dock makes it easy to launch a kayak or cast a line on the canal, outfitted with green lights. Paradise awaits in your backyard, outfitted with a pool, hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, and an alfresco lounge. Drive just three miles for blissful days at Rockport Beach. Inside, the game room with a shuffleboard table and dartboard provides group amusement. Other highlights include upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and lovely water views on each of the two floors.
An extra-large sectional in the living area provides an abundance of plush seating. Stream favorite shows on the 65” smart TV or simply sit back and enjoy the natural light. Gather in the game room for hours of fun! Hold a tournament on the shuffleboard table or set up a board game from the provided collection. You’ll also find a 65” smart TV and comfy armchairs. Home chefs will be delighted to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Sweeping granite countertops offer plenty of prep space. When you’re ready to eat, gather in the dining area.
This home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a 55” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king-size bed and a 50” smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
