Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Strandhytte, unik beliggenhed

Unik og charmerende strandhytte i vandkanten med udsigt over Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov og Lillebælt. Ugenert beliggenhed på sydvendt skrænt med stor lukket træterrasse, egen strand og bro. Mulighed for lystfiskeri, badning og vandreture i naturen. Placeret 5 km fra Middelfart og den fynske motorvej. Strandhytten er nyrenoveret i 2022 med en enkel og funktionel indretning. Stilen er lys og maritim, og selv om hytten er lille, er der fin plads til 2 personer og evt. også en lille hund.

ENJOY SIMPLE LIVING BY THE SEA: (Please note: The rent is cheap and no cleaning fee is charged, so please clean on your departure and bring your own linens, sheets and towels). 22 m2 + Covered panoramic terrace. Views of Ses, Sydals and to Ærø and Germany. Living room with double sofa bed (200*125cm) Alcove with double bed (200*135cm.) Garden with lawn, sea view and garden table. Backyard with lawn. The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Both if you are here for a longer stay or if you rest as a short stop on your way futher on along the Trail / at sea / on the road, we can recommend:

Skov, strand og gode bakker

Fristed på 96 m2, med kreaturer, hejrekoloni og ræve som nabo. I haven er der lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 3-4 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.

Strandlyst ferielejlighed med helt unik havudsigt

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.

Vores strandhus er det perfekte udgangspunkt for at udforske alt, hvad dette fantastiske område har at tilbyde.

Lovely ocean view summer house on Fyn

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Nyere moderne sommerhus i 1. række med direkte adgang til stranden. Gode bade og fiskemuligheder. Sommerhus beliggende på en af nordfyns bedste grunde med en utrolig panoramaudsigt over vandet. Der er wifi, brændeovn, kabel-tv (DR, DE), Smart-tv. Weber kuglegrill, bålsted, tre soverum og en hems. Badeværelset er med gulvarme, toilet og bruseniche. Herudover er der et ekstra toilet. Badebro tilgængelig fra 1/6-20/9
