The Peacock Perch is named after the resident peacocks family. The suite is connected to an occupied house by a locking breezeway. The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
