Our apartment is situated 150m from sea and 500m from center of Novalja. My familly is in family tourism for more than 25 years and we are doing our best to provide beautiful hollidays for our guests. We live at ground floor so we will always welcome you and be at your service. My place is close to restaurants and dining, bars and coffee shops, the beach, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, youngs and families with kids.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. It's great for couples and families: there is variety of one day destinations to visit within 1-2 hour drive. We are close to Karlobag (10 min), Pag (30 min by ferry), Senj (1 hour) and Zadar (1,5 hour).
