On this unique location right at the heart of the vibrant 'Zuid' of Antwerp, we offer you a warm welcome to our stylish, meticulously renovated duplex apartment for a perfect stay in our beautiful city. We've got a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Please note that the apartment is only accessible via stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in the absolute epicenter of the coziest restaurants and bars, during weekends we must warn you that you will have a blast!

This spacious apartment is modern and colourfully decorated. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living room with a large sofa and dining table, comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Centrally located in Antwerp’s vibrant theatre district, you’ll find shopping streets, museums, restaurants, cafés, and parks nearby. Easily accessible by car and public transport. The train station is within walking distance, and there is a tram stop right in front of the building!

De accommodatie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de cultuurstad Antwerpen te leren kennen. Je verblijft op de bovenste verdieping van een herenhuis in de gezellige art deco wijk Zurenborg, die artistiek uitstraalt. Op wandelafstand van het centrum en de tram stopt achter de hoek. De Dageraadplaats met zijn restaurantjes en cafeetjes zijn een beleving op zich. Van hieruit kan je echt overal naartoe in onze koekenstad. Je kan ook gebruik maken van de bar op de 1ste verdieping met aanpalend terras.

Duplex apartment in an original Antwerp town house

Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

Huis Van Hoorne, gerenoveerd herenhuis op het Zuid

In het hartje van het bruisende Zuid, op een steenworp van het prachtige museum KMSKA ligt Huis Van Hoorne. Dit onlangs gerenoveerde herenhuis uit 1890 is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een verkenning door de oude stad, een bezoek aan één van de musea, boetiekjes of antiekwinkels. Culinair genieten kan je volop in de talrijke bars en restaurants die in de wijk gelegen zijn. Alles is makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Haltes voor openbaar vervoer (bus, tram, deelfiets) liggen op 150 m afstand.

Vanuit Antwerpen-Zuid kan je de ganse stad verkennen, te voet of met de Velo. Op 10 minuten van de kathedraal. U heeft vanop ons terras zicht op de Schelde en achter het hoekje vind je de rust van het mooie Zuid Park. ‘s Avonds bruist het Zuid met z'n gezellige restaurants en bars. Maar je kan ook thuis lekker koken, alles is voorhanden en de supermarkt is vlakbij. Deze locatie heeft alles, een hippe buurt en tegelijk een oase van rust. We reageren snel op je aanvraag ! Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Unique Penthouse in City Center (with Terrace)

The penthouse {please note: there is no elevator} is 5 minutes walk away from the centre of the city in a perfect location to explore all of the wonderful attractions Antwerp has to offer: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, and musea all within walking distance. It is a 2 km walk from the Central Station but also close to bus and tram stops. The highway to Brussels, Gent or Brugge is 1,5 km away. The newly renovated and world famous Royal Museum of Fine Arts is 10 minutes away.

Welcome to this charming apartment on the 2nd floor of an authentic house. It is spread over two levels and connected by a shared staircase. The layout divides your private bedroom and bathroom on one side and your private living room and kitchen on the other. Located on the second oldest street in Antwerp, this neighbourhood is surrounded by green parks. Thanks to excellent public transport connections and a shared bike station, you are just 15 minutes from the centre.

Appartement is in een oude meer dan 450 jaaroud gebouw, vlakbij de kathedraal, de hotspot voor toeristen, waar werkelijk alles aan je voeten ligt. Open de ramen van de woonkamer en je voelt je in het midden van het levendige en bruisende Antwerpen. Je kan alles makkelijk te voet bezoeken. Als je iemand bent die graag lekker eet en drinkt, de wereldkeuken in de directe omgeving; voor Belgisch eten, gewoon de trappen aflopen en je kunt dineren in de ‘Pottekijker’.
