This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.

This luxurious, comfortable, spacious modern villa, designed by a student of the famous architect Geoffrey Bawa is set in a secluded lush tropical garden with a private swimming pool (25ft x 12ft) in a quiet residential area in the village of Unawatuna.
