The Barn

Come and enjoy a quiet, country R&R in an original tobacco barn converted into 3 separate living units (Airbnb is the top right). Located 15 miles from Huntington, WV and 30 miles from Gallipolis, OH. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink on front porch swing or on the secluded back porch. The back porch is so peaceful with a beautiful view of the property and if we have had a good rain, the sound of water flowing down the ravine. You may even see our goats roaming the hillside.

Kanauga Landing / Ohio River Cottage

Welcome to our brand new river front cottage “Kanauga Landing”! This 2 bedroom cottage offers an excellent place to unplug and relax on the Ohio river here in Kanauga/ Gallopolis Ohio area. There are festivals and events during the whole year like the Point Pleasant river regatta and the Bob Evans farm festival the Mothman fest and river boat tours https://bbriverboats.com This cottage offers a front row seat for the fireworks over the river 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.

Downstairs in the basement you will find another living room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and gym. It can be the perfect space for families, friends groups, hunters and more!

Beautiful campsite on Raccoon Creek leading to the Ohio River. Great fishing, swimming, kayaking, boat dock on site and fire pit. Camper has heat and AC, queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. Covered shelter at camper with bar and grill available to enjoy your camping experience, rain or shine. 4 miles to the historic city of Gallipolis, OH. 8 miles to the Legendary Mothman Museum, 13 miles to the Original Bob Evans Farm Homestead Museum.

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.

House in the country to just get away !

Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also. Bidwell Bungalow

Take it easy at this calm and cozy hideaway. Our guest house is under the same roof as our main property but has completely separate/private entrances from ours. We are sitting on 6 acres with a pond at the top of the hill. Sitting on the porch or patio, you will find views of wildlife and livestock. This is the place to be for a break from the busy life. Designated parking under carport, Wifi, pet friendly, and access to pond.

Twin Oaks a Rustic Cabin

Twin Oaks cabin is located 3.6 miles outside of Vinton, Ohio on 50 acres which is mostly wooded. If you enjoy wildlife, privacy, and campfires this is your getaway. This property includes a camper site if you have friends, or family that would like to join you with their RV. It has hookups for water, electricity, and sewage. An additional $35 fee per night for the campsite usage. No hunting allowed by guests.

Rio Grande "Dean Lewis" House. Just off campus!

The historic Dean William A. Lewis house moved from its original site in the 1970's to its current location. This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. This is also a wonderful, centrally located, home base for motorcyclists touring the area.
