The b&b is located in the municipality of Siniscola, on the northwestern coast of Sardinia. Built in the early seventies in the classical "Costa Smeralda" style, the villa that houses the b&b has recently been refurbished. The B&B is located in quiet area on the hillside overlooking the beautiful white sand beach of Sa Petra Ruja, between the tourist harbour of La Caletta and the quaint fishing village of Santa Lucia, only a short distance from some of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean. Because of its convenient location the B&B is an ideal starting point for excursions into the interior and for reaching some of the most beautiful and pristine beaches of the entire Mediterranean Sea. The B&B is easily accessible from all cities, ports and airports in Sardinia through the 131 freeway, a four-lane highway that connects Olbia to Nuoro, or through the SS (State road) 125. All rooms have a private bathroom, an independent entrance and access to a terrace overlooking the sea. Guests have access to a sunbathing terrace and a florid garden with Mediterranean vegetation, flowers and fruit trees, ideal for relaxing and regenerating while listening to the quite sounds of nature. Guests have also access to outdoor showers. All rooms are equipped with double or twin beds and can accommodate a third bed or cot. Breakfast is served in an ample panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and consists mainly of homemade local and organic products. Figs, apricots and plum jams are prepared with fruit harvested from the garden. Espresso, barley coffee, American or decaf, milk, tea, herbal teas, fruit juices, bread, toast, cakes, pies, butter, yogurt, muesli, cornflakes, fresh fruit, biscuits and Sardinian sweets will be available. Breakfast time will be agreed with the guests. Upon request we can serve a special breakfast (eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, etc.) and gluten-free products. Check-in: 12, check out: 10,30.

Il cottage, costruito interamente in legno è circondato da querce, ginepri e corbezzoli, e offre un'atmosfera calda e intima. Bungalow Caravane pour 4 pers. La caravane comporte 2 lits doubles 140cm et la partie bois contient la cuisine et la salle à manger. Terrasse avec salon de jardin et douche d'été. En contre bas très proche : toilettes privatives + douche chaude. Logement isolé en pleine nature (vraiment). Accès plage à pied en 10min + accès sentiers de rando. Attention l'accès voiture n'est pas très bon. 2,3km de piste. 4X4 non obligatoire, idéal utilitaire ou SUV pas de berline ni de citadine

Guest room "Jardin"

The guest room "Jardin" consists of a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink. (No door between the bedroom and the bathroom). You will have access to the summer kitchen (washbasin, washing machine, small fridge, dishes, barbecue, cooktop) which will be shared with the guest room "Quirielle". You have access to the swimming pool and a large free car park. Breakfast is included in the price and will be served from 7:30 to 10:30.

The rooms are furnished with all the amenities to spend a relaxing holiday with all the necessary comforts. Guests will find a rich and tasty buffet breakfast every morning that they can enjoy in the breakfast room or on the balcony of the property.

Casa Gialla

Traditional family house with some valuable furniture with a large furnished veranda in front with a view of the garden. The veranda is shared with the "blue house", but the pertinent one is for the exclusive use of the guest. We rent only for the whole week starting from Saturday. It can accommodate no more than 4 people. A reduction is foreseen for a couple.
