L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico medievale di Gambassi Terme, situato nel cuore della Toscana a circa un'ora da Firenze, Siena, Pisa e Lucca e nei pressi di San Gimignano, Volterra e Certaldo. Gambassi Terme è un importante punto tappa della via Francigena nell'itinerario che da S. Miniato conduce a San Gimignano. Oltre alle Terme, al Parco Comunale e alla splendida pieve romanica di S.Maria a Chianni, si possono apprezzare la bellezza del paesaggio e dell'ambiente naturale.

La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

Il Nido - un romantico focolare

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.
