This is a late 1800s farm house on my family farm. It has been fully remodeled and infrastructure updated but retains the simple architecture of the period farm house. Located one mile East of Gambier (Kenyon College), it's site overlooks the Kokosing River and is a short walk to the Kokosing Gap Bike Trail. Includes a fully furnished kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. The wrap around porch overlooks the river and surrounding pasture. Enjoy the secluded, quiet, pastoral setting.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!

We are conveniently located 2.8 miles from Gambier and Kenyon College, 2.7 miles from Mt. Vernon and the Nazarene University, and 2.4 miles from The Kokosing Gap Trail. This is a private suite located on the 1st floor off of the main lobby. Locally owned with a personal interest in providing great service to guests.

For more than 4 guests, additional charges are required.

Owl’s Nest

Come stay in our brand new loft adjacent to Kenyon College (just behind Ralston House). You’ll have 700 square feet of space with a private entrance. Accommodations include a king sized bed, twin bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, and dining table. Perfect weekend spot for parents and a sibling or two of a Kenyon student. Guests should be comfortable with a flight of interior stairs. No other residents share the building with our guests.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at our comfortable, dog friendly Apple Valley home in Howard, Ohio, less than 2 hours from Cleveland; 45 minutes from Mansfield; or 1 hour from Columbus. Apple Valley Golf Course is minutes away. It is one of the most scenic and well manicured public golf courses you will find in Ohio. With 3 bedrooms and a lower level set up as 4th bedroom + 4 full baths, you have plenty of space for family and friends.

The Cottage on Wiggin is a 3 BR, 2 bath in Gambier

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The cottage on Wiggin is one block from all restaurants, bars and a coffee shop. This location is close to everything and anything you would like to see at the Kenyon College campus. Completely remodeled home; inside and out. All new furnishings. Excellent outdoor, patio with privacy screen, firepit, grill and tv. Centrally located, across from the Community Center and directly behind the Kenyon College Outdoor Stadium and super close to the Kokosing Gap Trail which is a paved walking/cycling path that extends for miles in either direction. No pets allowed.
