Rural & industrial apartment in the heart of Malmö

Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Vacker 2a med skön trädgård centralt

Välkommen att semestra i Skåne! Lund ligger bra till med närhet till många besöksmål; museer, parker, naturreservat, restauranger, stränder (den närmaste ca 10 km) och mycket mer. I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Trevligt gästhus med tillgång till trädgård

Charmigt gathus i centrala Malmö. Två rum med två sängplatser i vardera rum, tillhörande kök, två badrum. Gästhuset är omgivet av en härlig trädgård där man kan njuta av fågelsång till sitt morgon kaffe. Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Inom promenadavtsånd finns Möllans marknadsplats för frukt och grönsaker, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt buss och tåg. Köpenhamn och Lund nås inom 20 minuter med tåg eller buss

Liten mysig lägenhet mitt emot restaurang & pub

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Nyrenoverat tinyhouse med egen privat bubbelpool.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Charming house of 120 m2 in old Limhamn

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Cottage by the Sea

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
