Located downtown, this renovated building offers a unique space close to all the things that make up Enid. Nightlife, restaurants, David Allen Ballpark and the Stride Center are all nearby and walkable. Built in 1927, This two story building is rumored to have been a one stop shop back in its glory days. With poker and liquor on the ground level and a brothel upstairs, this place has always been hopping! While it’s much more tame today, we still think you’ll have a Grand Ole Time!

Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Enjoy Tailgating with family and friends on game day with on our Large Patio, Grill, and Fire Pit. Also included on our Patio, is a Large 40,000 BTU Propane Gas Fire Pit to keep you warm on the cool Fall Football Games.
