Private bedroom with a queen size bed that can accommodate two (2). Breakfast fixins available. My place is small but is cozy and in the suburbs of Reykjavik. I am on the ground floor. Parking lot is free. Right across is a jogging path and a children´s playground. Although retired, I previously worked in the hospitality industry and keenly aware of guest needs. Áshóll, a former farmhouse build 1933 a cosy stone house with sunny south patio. Close to the beautiful Elliðaá river, short drive to at least 4 swimming pools, restaurants, stores and the car rentals are everywhere. 2 min. walk to the next bus stop. Öskjuhlíðin is about 6-8 minutes drive, with fantastic view from the Pearl. Lovely, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Light breakfast included. Great place for great people

We are located in a neighbourhood close to nature and with the best swimming pool in Reykjavik within 30 minute walking distance. Our house is in Ellidaardalur which is a very beautiful recreational area with a salmon river in the middle. Only 10 minute walk to public transport centre. The appartment is 35 square metres with high ceilings. Top quality king size bed, and a sleeping sofa. Exellent for famely with kids.

Just Renovated! Amazing 1 Bedroom Apt in a Fantastic Location

Live like the locals in our bright apartment that has just been renovated! The apartment is located next to the best park of Reykjavik and the biggest swimming pool, Laugardalslaug is just down the street.
