Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Affordable and comfortable home away from home. This is what I’m looking for when I’m traveling and this is what I’m offering at my place. Fully refurbished 57sqm apartment at a peaceful location, close to swimming pools, city center (15 mins), supermarket (3 minutes by car) motorway to Golden Circle (app. 1.5hrs),etc. Sleeps 4 ( 1 bed 160*200, one sofa bed 90x200 and 1 single guest bed 90*200) Budget friendly but still enjoyable 💕 Kindly note that the water in Iceland smells like sulfur😊

The apartment is located in the heart of Garðabær with a grocery store, restaurants, a swimming pool, public transportation, all in walking distance (2-8 min) and a 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavík. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
