This charming, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom 3 story home is located in the loveliest area of Harbour Town. It sits between the iconic Harbour Town lighthouse and the 16th green of Harbour Town Links Golf Course. Our home is just off the 18th fairway and Calibogue Sound, in the very heart of Harbour Town. In addition, you're only a 1.5 mile bike or car ride to the fabulous new Beach Club and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. You won't find a lovelier area of Sea Pines or Hilton Head.

Great beach house, only a 7 minute walk to the ocean across the lagoon bridge. Open floor plan, with recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms including stainless steel kitchen appliances, an office work area, and a beautiful Carolina sun room off of the dining room. Includes access to two car garage with ping pong table. This beach cottage is located mid island with all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes close by, including kayaking, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and biking paths.
