The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

From coffee in the morning to a beverage at night our guests enjoy some of the best views on one of the best beaches on the Grand Strand. You may also want to take a dip in our pool or fire up the grill. This unit has it all. Grab our complementary beach chairs and umbrella and head out to the beach on your private beach access. Our home is located on the creek in Garden City Beach. We offer a full garage apartment, with full kitchen, large walking shower with a private entrance. We are 4 tenth of a mile from The Pier, 3 miles from Murrells Inlet, home of the marsh walk, restaurants and bars. Myrtle beach is 10 miles north. Enjoy watching sunrise or sunset on our 3rd story widow’s walk. We have available 2 bikes, beach chairs and towels. Special rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals.

There is a shared pool located on the bottom floor surrounded by a white fence. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa sleeper, washer/dryer, cable, and wifi. Long term monthly stays during the Winter months only are welcome and weekly discounted stays are encouraged throughout the year.

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
