Great location with direct access to ATV/UTV mountain trails, 1 mile from the Marina, short walk to downtown restaurants/shakes/groceries, across the street from the indoor City pool/spa, pickleball courts, and go-karts. Great complimentary amenities including high-speed fiber internet, 2 kayaks, yard games, pickleball paddles, children's books/toys, coffee & hot coco, and more!

Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.
