Perfect for couples and solo travelers to New Orleans who want to experience the city in a more local and luxurious way. Your booking will be instantly confirmed. Every home is equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials—everything you need for an exceptional stay. You will be able to access the entire 1 br/1ba unit, the front porch and courtyard. We are available by phone, email, or Airbnb's message app. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything. Otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy your stay. The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Awesome house in the best part of New Orleans! Great for a romantic stay or a fun adventure. This historic Victorian shotgun house is newly renovated inside. Three blocks from our favorite stretch of Magazine Street, but in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. An easy walk to great food and shopping or a quick Uber/Lyft to the French Quarter. Walk to Commander's Palace in the Garden District or venture down to great Breweries just a couple blocks away.
