The 2 living rooms with TV (firestick), allow you to enjoy the natural elements of the outside from within. The fully stocked kitchen comes with cooking basics, a gas range, coffee maker, stainless steel microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Start-up essential provided.

King Garden Suite - 10 mins to Beach and LAX

This unique king suite, nestled in El Camino Village, is stylishly decorated and fully equipped for your family of up to 5. You are about 10 minutes away from the beach, as well as LAX! SpaceX/Tesla and SoFi are just a few miles away. The suite includes 1 king size bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a pull-out single sofa bed. Smart TV and high-speed WiFi are provided. Wake to the Keurig-brewed coffee. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Laundry facility is located on-site.

Private, Cozy and Unique private backside of house. Unit has its own private bathroom, own small private kitchen. shared backyard. Free Wi-Fi. central AC/Heating. Smart TV available. Private entrance and peaceful place. Large bedroom. Non-smoking property. Free street parking. Guest access Private entry from the side to back side of home. Free ample street parking. Street sweeping is Fri on one side of the street (close to the house side) and Thursday on the opposite side, 10am to 1pm.

Orchid

“Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Studio close to LAX

This is a comfy little studio attached to the main front property. You would have complete privacy with a private entrance and self-check in. The studio has a standard queen size bed (60x80in), bathroom, closet space, small dining table & a desk/office space. There is not a full kitchen, but the room has a mini fridge, microwave & k-cap machine. -Good for business travelers & solo adventurers -Free parking available on the premises

BLOCK TO BEACH - Craftsman Studio

This nonsmoking and bright 250 sqft Craftsman studio is located 1 block from the beach. It is close to the Art District, Convention Center, The Queen Mary, Restaurant & bar. This unit is perfect for a solo traveler and for guests who are visiting for a conference, extended business stay, training, visiting family, etc. IMPORTANT please read house rules before booking. The unit has no stove. A dedicated 1 parking space is included.

Clean, private room in a bungalow apt in Gardena. You have the entire place to yourself. Close to El Camino College, the 405 , 91, 110 freeways. 20 minutes to the beach (Redondo Beach 5 mi, Hermosa Beach 5.7 mi, Manhattan Beach 6 mi). LAX 25 minutes (7mi) 20-30 minutes to downtown LA (11 mi) 30 minutes to Venice Beach (11 mi) I am a Los Angeles native so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! No pets allowed.

Small guest suite on second floor, 5 minutes away from LAX airport and 10 min to the beaches. Has a king size bed with a mini kitchenette that includes a coffee machine, a small fridge and a microwave. Has a closet and a bathroom with a tub. Also includes an AC and heating. Wifi with Netflix TV.
