The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. We are always available for anything that you might need during your stay, and happy to assist in making your time in paris perfect! This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. Here is where you’ll find hip one-of-a-kind boutiques to high-end designer fashion, antique galleries (Carre des Antiquaires), as well as many modern-classic design shops. An array of delightful culinary offerings and dining experiences at every turn make this arrondissement quintessential Paris at its very best! The recently opened Beau Passage, adds yet another gourmet haven to the neighborhood. We are situated within a short walking distance to many of the main attractions of central Paris including: The Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Musee Maillol, Seine River, Invalides, all of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame Cathedral, Le Bon Marche department store, Cafe Flore, Cafe Deux Magots and more. There are 3 Metro stations serving this area: Rue du Bac on Line 12, Sevres Babylone on Line 10 and 12 and St. Germain des Pres on Line 4. 1. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

You are at the crossroads of the best of Paris, between Montparnasse and Saint-Germain des Près. Shops, brasseries, cinemas, services, historical sites... everything is just a few steps away. Train station, bikes, buses, metro, and taxis are immediately nearby to explore Paris without limits: from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre, from the Louvre to Bastille.

In the heart of Montparnasse, family and confortable appartement of 30 meters, completly renovated in July 2020, quiet on courtyard, in an animated area near rue de Rennes et Saint germain des près. Located on the ground floor (easy acces), the appartement is composed by a full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room with a confortable and qualitative new sofa bed, a dining area, a separated room with quality bedding (150 cm), a bathroom with washer and dryer machine, many closets.

Studio lumineux avec vue dégagée

Logement lumineux et idéalement situé. Le studio situé au 5e étage (sans ascenseur) se compose d’un espace de vie spacieux avec un canapé-lit ; d’une cuisine équipée et d’une salle de bain refaite à neuf. Le studio est idéalement situé dans le centre de Paris (7e / 15e). Il est à 10min à pied des Invalides et à 20min de la Tour Eiffel. Il est également desservi par la ligne 6 ; 10 ; 12 ; 13. J’habite dans ce studio ; une partie du dressing sera fermée pendant la location. Bon séjour !

Un jardin sur le toit

Appartement de 120 m2 au style brutaliste au 7eme et dernier étage d’un immeuble moderne, comme une maison, il bénéficie d’une terrasse de 150m2 avec vue sur les toits de Paris. Situé au métro Volontaires Paris 15ème à 4 stations de métro du Bon Marché et 5 de la Tour Eiffel, notre appartement est un havre de paix niché dans une rue calme proche de tous commerces. Vous accéderez à l’appartement directement par l’ascenseur qui vous emmènera au dernier étage de l’immeuble.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.
