This house is very close to all the things Traverse City has to offer. Three bedrooms and two baths (plus a pull-out couch in the living room). Very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The house is furnished with a 65" 4k HDTV that is ready to stream. There is also a Blu-ray player, board games, DVDs, books, ping pong table and a dart board. In the warmer months, we will provide a charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit. The house is located on M72 so expect some noise from the road.

Stay in our cozy Bungalow that’s only 2 miles from downtown! Enjoy our new 4 person hot tub! Relax and watch cable on our 43” TV or play Adult and/or kids games. 1/2 mile from the Grand Traverse Bay. Outdoor seating and fire pit area. Parking for 6 vehicles. Well equipped kitchen, Central Air, whole house water filtration system. No parties with loud music, fireworks or events. 6 adults max and an additional 2 children under the age of 5 permitted, per our township ordinance. License #2026-56

Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!
