Depending on the weather, you can cozy up to the gas fireplace! While spacious, we limit guests to 2-best suited for close friends/family due to shower openness! 2-bedroom w/ 2 private bath mill home (circa 1920) in historic Belmont. 10 min to Charlotte Airport and US Natl Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to boat launch and Belmont's historic Main St restaurants, shops, parks. Walk/run/bike thru the neighborhoods and to Main Street (15 min walk). A large kitchen/dining room separates the bedrooms. The deck has private access from master bedroom and dining area (large doggie door to fully fenced side yard from dining).

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
