Gatlinburg/Downtown/2br/Private House

A specious 2 bedroom one level house with an attached garage ( no garage door). The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, toaster and more. A large dining table seating 6 is in the kitchen with additional folding table and chairs available upon request. Cozy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, which also folds out into a queen size bed and a love seat. We have many board games for those rainy days and some books. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, very convenient for families with children. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the master bedroom. Two bedrooms, one has two full size beds the other has a king size bed. The property is fenced in and there are cameras on the outside only facing the parking lot and the garage for our guests safety. We own the whole property and both buildings on it. There is a two story building on the same parking lot, it has monthly rentals as well as Airbnbs in it. Please note, pets are welcome. We do charge pet fees of $175/ stay. We allow up to 2 pets

The Historic Big Bear Cabin is a private one room cabin located three blocks from the heart Gatlinburg. This cabin offers one queen size bed and private bath. Our Big Bear Cabin offer amenities similar to a hotel but the feel of a cozy cabin. Free parking is directly in front of the cabin. There are stepping stones guest(s) must use to reach this one room cabin. Big Bear was built from logs hewn in 1845 as a church and then made into hiking cabin to include indoor plumbing and AC.

Our pool/spa is open seasonally May-September Sevierville is decorated for fall September/October- Christmas decorations go up first part of November to January 2nd Our condo is decorated for Halloween, Thanksgiving and for Christmas (Christmas tree and stockings hung on the Fireplace mantel.
