This bright and airy apartment can accommodate 2 guests and would perfectly suit a couple on a romantic getaway. Brand new stylish furniture and fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with washer and large bath tub. Centrally located just about everything is in walking distance: restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bank and ATMs. Ideal place right in the heart of the port of Andros Island!

Στην κρεβατοκαμαρα με το διπλο κρεβατι υπαρχει ντουλαπα ,σιφινιερα,κομοδινα,αιρ κοντισιον . Στην κρεβατοκαμαρα με τα μονα κρεβατια υπαρχει ντουλαπα,κομοδινα,σιφινιερα. Στον ενιαιο χωρο -κουζινα στον οποιο ειναι και η εισοδος υπαρχουν τραπεζι,καρεκλες,ψυγειο,ηλεκτρικη κουζινα,τοστιερα,μηχανη καφε ,... καναπες ,τραπεζι σαλονιου , τηλεοραση με internet, προσβαση wifi, ντουλαπια,γραφειο,αιρ κοντισιον. Στο χωλ εξω απο το μπανιο υπαρχει πλυντηριο ρουχων,πιστολακι ,καρεκλες για εξω.

Sea View Cozy Summer House

A quiet and lovely summer house, only 5-minute drive from Gavrio, the port of Andros and 10-minute drive from the picturesque Batsi. This cozy guest house is located near all the popular beaches of the wider area and the village of Saint Peter as well (car needed). Private, spacious yard where you can relax and enjoy the cycladic sea view. Taste the amazing, local food to the villages around the area and discover further activities like trecking or wind surfing.

Summer Guesthouse

Summer Guesthouse is part of a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

A hundred steps from the ferry in the lovely port town of Gavrio, in the island of Andros, there is a small charming house, designed with love and care, fit for a couple with a yard and a grape vine to sit under and enjoy. Near to the lively main street of Gavrio which offers multiple cafes, restaurants and a supermarket.
