Very large, cozy cottage on Little Twin Lake, which is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan! The property is situated on a large wooded lot (over 1 acre). Located only 30 minutes from Traverse City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Gaylord. 20 minutes from Torch Lake and Bellaire. 15 minutes from Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort. The location is great for 4 seasons of outdoor fun. The cottage includes a huge deck which overlooks the lake, a large dock, 5 kayaks, a rowboat, and a pedal boat!

This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! It's fully furnished with a complete kitchen. The house is 50' away from the 100' of beach on Otsego Lake and has the best sunset views. This rental includes the use of row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, and a sandy beach area. There's a dock for a boat or to fish. My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks
