Our house is located away from airport in just 20 mins and along Bukit Dumbar, Pulau Pinang, a very popular recreational area among the locals where you can enjoy jogging and exercise. Famous tourist attraction area such as UNESCO World Heritage Site Core Zone, Georgetown, KOMTAR, Chan Jetty, Art Street, Queensbay Mall are just 10 mins driving distance. Delicious local foods are everywhere and its all within walking dist. .Our house is big, comfy and just renovated with all brand new furniture.

Established since 18 century, AKA 50, located in the heart of George Town, has lived up to 4 generations of Teh’s family. With a light refurbishment, we remained the most original structure of the house while mixing authentic style and urban style design to the house, in order to create a living experience which is nearest to the life style of a resident living in George Town heritage building.

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Ground Floor)

A 100 year old shophouse in the heart of Georgetown. Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed. The ground floor is terracotta and furniture has been constructed using cut-offs from roofing beams, old railway sleepers and window frames.
