Proche de la douane Suisse de Bardonnex et à 25 km d’Annecy, notre loft moderne en bord de forêt a été créé en 2025 au rez de chaussée d’une ancienne scierie dans laquelle nous occupons l’étage. Très lumineux, il est indépendant, meublé et équipé. Idéal pour une période d’essai à Genève ou un séjour touristique. Ce loft industriel vous offrira un environnement calme avec une terrasse privative sans vis-à-vis avec vue sur la forêt et la chaine de montagne des Alpes. Capacité: 2 personnes adultes

Baptisé "Un Autre Monde" ce lieu atypique est installé dans une ancienne imprimerie, proche du centre ville. Vous disposez de plus de 250 m2 d'espaces entièrement équipés et personnalisés avec les meubles uniques que je crée. Vous disposez également d'une salle de jeu et d'un espace détente (sur réservation et commun aux autres appartements). Un grand garage vous permet de garer au moins 3 voitures et des motos. Vous disposerez d'un jardin au bord de la rivière accessible par quelques marches.
