Vores charmerende, rummelige og lyse bolig ligger tæt på skov, historiske parker og dejlige strande med nem hurtig adgang til Københavns centrum. Huset ligger i et fredeligt villaområde, i gå afstand til indkøbsmuligheder og ca 10 minutters gang fra Charlottenlund station med toget til Københavns centrum på 15 minutter. Der er 10-15 minutters kørsel til flere flotte stande langs kysten, og indenfor kort afstand i bil findes kulturelle muligheder bl.a. museer, biografer og en forlystelsespark.

Home away from home

Relax and find peacefulness with the whole family. Enjoy my lovely and cosy well lived in home which is the first floor and the light and liveable basement. I have lovely neighbours on the second floor who have their own separate entrance and balcony. They do not have access to the garden. Please note this is a non smoking house as my children live here too. My cats are friendly and at ease with strangers. Please know that my house is not an expensive hotel and it's my home with my children (;

Familyhouse close to Copenhagen

Velkommen til 205 kvadratmeter smukt hus fra 1934, beliggende i en af de smukkeste og mest eksklusive områder. Vores hus har alt hvad børnefamilien har brug for af spil, trampolin, bordtennisbord, wii mm. Huset ligger tæt på København centrum (10 min) med tog og flere direkte buslinjer. Du behøver ikke bil når du bor i vores hus. Her er ca. 2,5 km til nærmeste strand, 1000 meter til supermarkeder og indkøbmuligheder. Tæt på Bernstorffsparken, legepladser, grønne områder og Dyrehavsbakken.

Luksus oase tæt på København og strand

Award winning Nordic villa i Gentofte med kæmpe terasse, udekøkken og kort afstand til København og lækre strande og skovområder. Hyggelig lille by med caféer og indkøb, biograf etc kun 5 minutter væk på gåben. Smagfuldt indrettet, lækker have, cykler der kan lånes, luksus kaffemaskine, stor træ terrasse, grill, trampolin til børnene, to smukke badeværelser, 4 soveværelser, træningsrum, aircondition i underetage, privat indkørsel med gratis opladning til elbiler. Et ophold du ikke glemmer.

Ha det dejligt og hyggeligt med hele familien i denne stilfulde bolig. Du kan bruge hele huset, den vidunderlige træ terrasse, med lounge møbler, sol vogne og spise plads, samt stor grill, under solsejl. Haven er fantastisk med græsplæne, små oaser. Der er bål sted, shelter, hængekøje, trampolin og ude bruser Der er el bil oplader og trådløst fibernet. KUN 11 minutters kørsel fra rådhuspladsen i København HUSK jeg også bor i huset når det ikke er udlejet, så der er begrænset skabs plads.

House in Charlottenlund (17-25 july is avalible)

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Cozy family villa with many amenities

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located residence. In the green area north of Copenhagen, you have both forest, beach, and city close by. In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden. The rooms are spread over two levels, and there is plenty of space for everyone. We live in a quiet area, but with the train, you can reach Copenhagen city in 15 minutes. Please see our guidebook.

Perfectly located for all activities in Copenhagen. Free parking. Easy acces to Copenhagen citycentre. The house is spacious and the garden is wild and funny for kids. In the garden we have different play stuff, a large trampoline, a shelter where 4 people can sleep and a place for a bonfire. On the terrace there is a barbecue.
